BLACKJACK STAND OR BUST

Objective

BlackJack Stand Or Bust is a fixed odds betting game based on the popular card game BlackJack.

The object of the game is to correctly guess whether at the end of the Dealer’s hand, the Dealer will Stand or go Bust, based on your choice of starting card for the hand.

The Dealer is the only player in the BlackJack game, so you are betting only on the outcome of the Dealer’s hand - you are not playing against the Dealer.

How to Play

Select a Stake amount by clicking on the + and - buttons to adjust the default amount displayed.

Click on Deal. You are offered a choice of 4 potential starting cards for the Dealer’s hand.

Pick one card to be the Dealer’s starting card, and select whether you think the Dealer will Stand or go Bust with that card. The amounts displayed beside each card show what you will win if you correctly predict that the Dealer Stands or Busts with that starting card. Payouts are based on the amount of your stake and the actual odds of each possible outcome.

The Dealer’s second card will be dealt face up.

The Dealer will then Hit (i.e., take another card) if the hand is worth less than 17, or Stand if the hand is worth between 17 and 21 (including ‘soft’ values, i.e., counting the Ace as 11). If the Dealer Hits and the hand exceeds 21, the hand is Bust.

The game is played with 1 deck of cards. The 3 discarded starting cards are shuffled back into the deck before the second card is dealt, so the same cards could appear again in the game.

If your prediction is incorrect:

The game ends and you lose the amount of your bet. You can start a new game by clicking the Deal button.

If your prediction is correct:

The winnings aren't immediately added to your balance. If you just continue playing, the amount you won becomes the amount of your current bet. If you win again, the difference between the amount you bet and the amount you won is added to your bet. This continues until you end the game by clicking on Bank All or you lose a bet.

Every time you win, you can just continue playing or you can choose:

Bank All - adds the amount you won to your balance and ends the current game.

Bank Half - adds half the amount you won to your balance and lets you wager the other half on the next round. You continue the same round, i.e., the cards aren't dealt again and you don't lose any accumulated Shuffles.

Double Stake - doubles your bet on the next prediction. This means if you win, your winnings will automatically be doubled, but if you lose, you lose double the stake. Let's say your original stake was 1.00, and then you won a prediction with odds of 1.40, so your current bet amount is now 1.40. If you select Double Stake, another 1.40 will come out of your balance, so your wager will be 2.80 for the next prediction. If you increase your stake amount and then change your mind before making a bet, you can select Bank Half or Bank All and return half or all the bet to your account.

You may not be able to select Double Stake if you have exceeded the maximum double stake or the maximum bet amount set by the operator of this site.

Shuffles

If you do not wish to bet on any of the cards offered to you, you can press Shuffle to receive four new starting cards. In this way, you can play with the odds you like. For example, if you like taking bets with tough odds but bigger payouts, you can usually find one of the cards that has that kind of bet, either in the original draw, or by using the Shuffle feature.

Every time you win, an extra Shuffle bar is highlighted. If you have four wins in a row you instantly receive an extra Shuffle, up to the maximum set by this site. Shuffles are reset every time you make a losing prediction or you choose Bank All.

Turbo Bet - Selecting Turbo Bet will cause the results of your selection to appear immediately on the screen without the animation. If you do not see this option, the operator of this site may have chosen to disable it.

Malfunction voids all pays and play.

Load Ambient Sound: This will turn on the sounds of a normal casino, such as people talking in the background. (These sounds are very quiet compared to the other sounds.)
